Terms and Prices

The Videoconferencing Center at the James V. Brown Library prices are: First hour of videoconference - $175 Each additional hour - $50 per hour Non-profit organizations - First hour - $75 Each additional hour - $25 per hour These prices include all ISDN line charges and technical help as needed. A document camera is available for displaying printed materials at the remote site(s). A separate phone is provided in the videoconference room for making and taking outside calls. Please see terms below. Catering service can be arranged for additional cost by request.

Pennsylvania Rural Information and Telecommunications Association (PaRITA) Facilties at other PaRITA sites varies. See the Find a Site link for more details. Granting use of the facility does not imply approval by Pennsylvania Rural Information and Telecommunications Association of the group, the meeting or ideas presented. Videoconferencing allows transition of live video and audio back and forth between two or more physically separate locations. A technician will be present during the videoconference to set-up and operate the videoconference equipment. Billable time for services include ½ hour prior to the program's scheduled starting time. This enables technicians to set-up for the videoconference. Refunds will be provided for cancellations when the library is notified 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event. Pennsylvania Rural Information and Telecommunications Association will issue refunds if any disruption/loss of connection or equipment malfunction. Catering can be arranged ahead of time if needed.
