Tom Regan, an advisor to a Prohibition-era crime boss, tries to keep the peace between warring mobs but gets caught in divided loyalties. The bright blue C-SPAN Civics Bus will roll into Williamsport on Tuesday, July 14 when the public can explore this unique traveling production studio from 2:30pm to 4:30pm at the James V. Brown Library. (+More Information)
