Before using the card to check out materials, the first time, please present valid identification showing proof of your current address. Applications for children age 11 and under require a signature from a parent or guardian. You should be 17 years of age or older to apply online.

These guest cards permit you to check out materials from any of the libraries in
Lycoming County. They do not provide access to the libraries' online subscription resources. Our license agreements with the vendors only extend to residents and taxpayers in Lycoming County. Pennsylvania residents from outside Lycoming County without a home library may purchase a  guest card for $25 annually.
