B.A.B.Y. Program in Lycoming County

Each year there are about 1,500 babies born in Lycoming County. Through the B.A.B.Y Program with the cooperation of our area hospitals, a packet containing brochures, a shirt, a book, bookmarks and more is given to the family of each newborn. This is our way of encouraging new parents to share the joy of reading with their baby and share their bundle of joy with the library.
