The James V. Brown Library is the home of the
Lycoming County Law Library. We have a Pennsylvania-based collection of print
materials for attorneys and individuals, and online access to LexisNexis
for additional Pennsylvania and federal resources and Pennsylvania Legal
Forms.
We also have a collection of books designed for the layperson and those
of us who haven't been to law school. And if we don't have it, either in
print or online, we can find it -- usually within a business day.

legal publishers available online. Lexis includes Pennsylvania statutes
(Purdon’s), Pennsylvania code, all court orders (state and federal),
Pennsylvania case law, Pennsylvania court rules, U.S. Code Service,
Shepard’s Citation Service, Federal case law, and state case law from
all 50 states.
